About Crystal
Crystal Watson is a partner at Thomas & Watson LLP, born and raised in North Bay, Ontario. She completed an Honours Bachelor of Arts with distinction in Criminal Justice, with a stream in Administration and Social Policy, before earning her Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor. While at Windsor, she took an International Dispute Resolution course at Monash University in Prato, Italy, and volunteered as a caseworker and then a litigator at Community Legal Aid in Windsor. She was called to the bar in 2018. Her practice focuses on plaintiff personal injury. Before co-founding Thomas & Watson in July 2024, she articled and worked as an associate at two boutique personal injury firms in Hamilton. She is a member of the Hamilton Law Association and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
