About Kathryn
Kathryn Tweedie was called to the bar in 2004 and has more than 18 years of family law experience. Her practice covers marriage breakdown matters, including parenting arrangements, support obligations, and property division, along with drafting domestic contracts such as prenuptial and separation agreements. She has completed mediator training and is registered as a collaborative lawyer, and takes a collaborative approach while remaining prepared to litigate when necessary. She has volunteered with Calgary Legal Guidance since 2005 and serves as a board member of the Association of Collaborative Professionals Calgary, and has received the Alan D. Hunter Volunteer of the Year Award (2014) and Distinguished Service Awards in 2015 and 2020.
