About Marc

Marc Beauchemin's practice is divided between municipal law, where he represents private clients, including major landowners, in real estate development projects across Quebec and handles complex public law and zoning litigation, and large-scale litigation, including class actions. He is frequently called on to negotiate agreements with public authorities on zoning and development matters, and he acted for the successful side in the Quebec Court of Appeal in what is described as the largest class action in Canadian legal history, involving the Conseil québécois sur le tabac et la santé and major cigarette manufacturers.
