About Alicia
Alicia joined Soloway Wright as an associate in 2024 after completing her articles with the firm and maintains a general corporate and commercial practice, assisting clients with incorporations, financing, asset and share purchases and corporate reorganizations. She holds a JD from Osgoode Hall Law School and a BA (Honours) in Law and Sociology, with a concentration in business law, from Carleton University. During law school she volunteered with the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers Ontario, helping members of minority communities access legal information on employment, immigration and human rights. Alicia was called to the Ontario bar in June 2024.
