About Tristan
Tristan Laflèche previously worked within Canada's federal integrity regime reviewing procurement and supplier ethics compliance, and later served as legal counsel for the City of Ottawa on municipal and provincial offence prosecutions. His practice at Prelia spans multimillion-dollar transactions, restructuring mandates, franchising, banking and finance, and insolvency matters. He earned his J.D. and Bachelor of Commerce, both magna cum laude, from the University of Ottawa in 2021, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2022.
