About Claire

Claire K.A. Peacock is a litigator whose practice focuses on commercial and contractual disputes, shareholder disagreements, and class actions. She represents a range of clients, from small and medium enterprises to large corporations, before Quebec's trial, appellate, and administrative courts. Before joining Delegatus, Peacock worked as an associate at a boutique litigation firm. Her representative work includes defending one of the world's largest agricultural machinery manufacturers in product liability cases, representing the British Columbia Civil Liberties Association before the Court of Appeal, and acting as lead counsel in a trial over a dispute concerning a website and mobile application. Peacock holds an LL.B. from Université de Montréal and has been a member of the Young Bar of Montreal since 2019 and of the executive of the CBA Women Lawyers Forum since 2020.
