About Christopher

Christopher DiMatteo is a litigator specializing in privacy, cybersecurity, and constitutional law. He practices complex commercial disputes, including business and contract disputes, defamation, and pension law, appearing at all levels of court in Ontario, the Federal Court, and courts in Saskatchewan and Nova Scotia, as well as in arbitration and the Supreme Court of Canada. Before joining the firm, he clerked for Justice Richard Wagner and judges of the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
