Christopher C. Breen founded Breen & Carter in 1973 and practised residential real estate, corporate and commercial matters, and estate administration law for over four decades. He partnered with Ryan Carson in 2017 to oversee Breen Law before retiring on January 1, 2019, after which Breen Law was amalgamated into Carson Law.
