About Matthew

Matt Leslie handles a broad civil litigation practice, taking on commercial and contract disputes, shareholder disagreements, debt recovery files, real estate and property disputes, employment issues, estate litigation and personal injury claims. He aims to give clients a realistic picture of the risks and costs involved, then pursue efficient, results-oriented solutions, whether that means negotiation, mediation or, when needed, trial. Called to the Bar in 1992, he has built decades of experience identifying the key pressure points in a dispute to reach favourable outcomes early where possible. He earned his LL.B. from the University of Windsor. Matt and his wife are longtime residents of Burlington.
