Derrick Fulton is a senior litigation counsel and a Certified Specialist in Civil Litigation with the Law Society of Ontario. He has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario plus the Federal Court and Tax Court, handling corporate and commercial disputes, personal injury, business disputes, construction liens, pharmacy matters, and condominium law, and has lectured at Mohawk College.
