About Morag

Morag is an accredited family law mediator and arbitrator whose practice is restricted to the mediated or arbitrated resolution of family law disputes. She is a practicing member of the Law Society of British Columbia and a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia, and the Family Law Advocates Group. She previously served as Past President of the BC Parenting Coordinators Roster Society and past chair of the Family Law Litigation Group of the Trial Lawyers Association of BC, and sits on the Editorial Board of the CLEBC Family Law Sourcebook. She has additional training in high-conflict parenting, children's involvement in court proceedings, and advanced negotiation, and was appointed King's Counsel in British Columbia in 2016.
