About Chit
Chit Leung maintains a diversified commercial dispute resolution practice, handling contractual claims, real estate litigation, shareholder disputes, and employment disputes. He worked as a litigator in Hong Kong from 2016 to 2022 and helped update a well-known text on Hong Kong civil procedure precedents, and he served as a marshal to a High Court judge there. Chit earned an LL.M. in conflicts of law from McGill University in 2024, where he also worked as a senior researcher and held roles with student organizations, and holds an LL.B. from the University of Hong Kong from 2015.
