About Chetan
Chetan Kharbanda is a criminal defence lawyer at What The Law. He began his legal career in India, where he worked as an advocate handling a range of civil and criminal matters. After relocating to Canada, he continued practising in criminal and family law before deciding to concentrate on criminal defence. Chetan holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Panjab University in India. He approaches each file by examining the case from multiple angles in order to build effective legal arguments. At What The Law, he focuses on guiding clients through the criminal process and keeping them informed and supported at each stage.
