Chantel Lawton works with separating and divorcing families in Lindsay, Ontario to reach resolutions outside of court. She offers collaborative practice, in which both spouses and their professional teams work together toward a settlement, and mediation, in which one neutral professional guides both spouses toward an agreement. She also provides independent legal advice and neutral legal opinions to help finalize a separation agreement or court order, along with wills, powers of attorney, estate administration, and cohabitation and marriage agreements. Her services include limited retainers and unbundled support for clients who need help with only part of their family law matter.
