About Kimberly

Kimberly Paynter is an associate lawyer at Russell Alexander Family Lawyers, practising family law exclusively and called to the bar in 2013. Paynter earned a BA with Honours in Ethics and Society from the University of Ottawa and an LLB from La Trobe University in Australia, and holds a Certificate of Qualification from the National Committee on Accreditation. Paynter articled across family law, criminal law, civil law, and wills and estates, served as an adjunct professor in Seneca College's paralegal program, and represented the Ministry of Community and Social Services in support order enforcement cases.
