About Cerise

Cerise Latibeaudiere is a business-minded corporate and commercial lawyer with extensive experience in both private practice and in-house counsel roles. She advises clients on general corporate matters, financial services, privacy, employment, outsourcing agreements, technology, retail banking, payments, and regulatory compliance, and has helped launch numerous commercial and banking products nationwide. In private practice, she represented borrowers and lenders on mergers and acquisitions, dissolutions, debt financing, cross-border and domestic financings, secured lending, public-private partnerships, and asset-based lending. Her former roles include President's Choice Financial, CIBC Mellon, Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP, and McMillan LLP. She earned her LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2004 and a B.A. (Hons., Sociology) from York University in 2001.
