About Anthony
Anthony Roby is of counsel practising exclusively in US immigration and nationality law, with a focus on corporate and industrial employment-based immigration matters. He represents automotive, aircraft, industrial steel, engineering, design and medical service companies before the US Departments of State, Labor and Homeland Security, and handles administrative appellate litigation before the Board of Immigration Appeals and the Administrative Appeals Office. A dual US-Spain citizen, Anthony was called to the Michigan bar in 2011. He holds a Juris Doctor (magna cum laude) from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and a BA in Spanish from Michigan State University, and speaks Spanish.
