About Catherine

Catherine A. Olsiak is a partner concentrating on wills, estates, trusts, incapacity planning, and health law. She drafts wills, powers of attorney, and estate plans, and handles estate administration, will challenges, and dependant's relief claims, often working with business owners on succession. Before law, she nursed in three major Toronto hospitals and earned an M.Sc. in Community Health and Epidemiology, and she was called to the Ontario Bar in 1998 after earning her LL.B. from the University of Windsor.
