About Marianne

Marianne Mikhael is the founder and managing lawyer of Mikhael Avocat Inc. She holds a Licentiate in Law (LL.L.) from the University of Ottawa and has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2020. She is a member of the Quebec Association of Immigration Lawyers and the Canadian Association of Refugee Lawyers. Her practice focuses on Canadian immigration law, including administrative matters and out-of-court proceedings, and she also assists with uncontested joint divorces.
