About Carolyn

Carolyn Seitz is counsel at Duncan Craig LLP with extensive experience resolving complex family law disputes, including custody, division of property, child and spousal support, matrimonial property, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements. She works with business owners and high-net-worth families on corporate ownership structures, buy-out options, tax implications, and international assets in family law settlements. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and an LL.B. from the University of Alberta, has served as a Child Support Resolution Officer, and was a University of Alberta lecturer and a ten-year instructor for Parenting After Separation courses. She was appointed King's Counsel for her contributions to the legal profession.
