About Caroline
Caroline Richard has practised with Bird Richard since her call to the bar in September 2002, providing employer-side legal representation in both official languages on wrongful dismissal actions, human rights complaints, collective bargaining, workers' compensation claims, and workplace harassment investigations. She has appeared before the Federal Courts, the Ontario Divisional Court, the Ontario and Canadian Human Rights Tribunals, the Public Service Labour Relations Board, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, and labour arbitrators in Ontario and Quebec. She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Bar of Nunavut.
