About Russell
Russell MacCrimmon has provided legal advice and representation to employers since his call to the bar in 2002, advising on day-to-day workplace issues such as discipline, performance management, employment contracts, workplace policies, and severance packages. He defends employers against wrongful dismissal and human rights claims and has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Federal Court of Canada, the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal, and the Public Service Labour Relations and Employment Board. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Bar of Nunavut.
