Meretsky Law Firm is a business law firm in downtown Toronto, established in 1995 by Philip H. Meretsky, K.C. Before starting the firm, Meretsky was a founding partner of Fogler Rubinoff LLP, a full service Toronto law firm. The firm advises business owners and corporate clients on acquisitions and divestitures, public and private financings, general corporate matters, and commercial real estate, and its office is at 121 King Street West in the city's financial district.

Meretsky earned a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1968 and a B.A. from the University of Western Ontario in 1965, and was called to the Ontario bar in 1969. Over more than 50 years of practice, the work has centred on real estate transactions for builders, developers, and commercial lenders, including condominium projects and construction and take-out financing, and it has included a role in developing legislative initiatives in the real estate sector.

The rest of the team brings international training. Lawyers at the firm have practiced in Hong Kong and mainland China and are fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, or both. The firm also works closely with Wang Legal Professional Corporation, an affiliated Toronto corporate law firm whose principal previously served as interim general counsel of a Toronto Stock Exchange listed private equity firm.
