About Carly
Carly Emmett is an associate practising municipal, planning, and expropriation law, advising municipalities and private clients on land use planning, development, freedom of information, and elections. She earned her LL.B. (Honours) from the University of Leeds School of Law and was called to the bar in 2022 after articling with Barriston. She has appeared before the Ontario Land Tribunal and the Superior and Divisional Courts.
