About Yalda

Yalda Aslamzada devotes her practice to personal injury litigation, with particular attention to motor vehicle collisions, slip-and-fall incidents, and claims for disability benefits. Before joining Affinity Law, she worked at a Toronto personal injury firm handling similar matters, and earlier articled and worked at one of Canada's largest insurance companies, gaining insight into how insurers assess and defend bodily injury claims. She draws on that experience to pursue fair compensation for her clients, and has appeared before several Ontario tribunals and courts, including the Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, as well as the Licence Appeal Tribunal.
