About Brieanna

Brieanna Miklaucic is counsel at Lenczner Slaght whose practice centers on assisting healthcare professionals with medical negligence claims, privacy concerns, College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario proceedings, and disputes over hospital privileges, along with other administrative and regulatory issues. Before joining the firm she summered and articled at a full-service law firm in London, Ontario, where she gained experience in medical malpractice, class actions and administrative law litigation. Brieanna received her JD from Western University, during which she volunteered with the Sport Solution Clinic and the Western Intellectual Property and Innovation Legal Clinic and worked as a research assistant on projects touching space law and the intersection of family law and health law, including children's capacity to consent; she graduated with a Law Society of Ontario Prize. She holds a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, with a sub-specialty in biochemical, biomedical and bioenvironmental engineering, from Queen's University, and before law school worked on the engineering and research and development teams at Greenfield Global, an ethanol production company. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2025.
