About Brian
Brian Corcoran has practiced law since 2004, focusing on corporate and commercial law, finance, and real estate law. He assists private and institutional clients with corporate structures and reorganizations, buying and selling businesses, lending and borrowing, and the purchase and sale of real estate. He was called to the bar in Ontario in 2004 and in British Columbia in 2005, and serves as a director of the Richmond Chamber of Commerce.
