About Timothy

Tim Bayly has been a partner with KMSC Law LLP since 2011, practising from the firm's Grande Prairie office in business law, wills and estates, real estate, agricultural law, and surface rights. Raised in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, he earned a Bachelor of Education with Distinction and a Bachelor of Laws, both from the University of Alberta, and was called to the Northwest Territories and Alberta bars in 2006. He became a Certified Mediator in 2010. Tim serves as a director of the Grande Prairie Wrestling Club Society and has presented on estate planning and probate for the Legal Education Society of Alberta. Outside of work, he is an active outdoorsman who enjoys fishing, hunting and camping with his family.
