About Mark

Mark Hagen's practice covers corporate law and comprehensive estate planning, including preparing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and representation agreements, and guiding executors through estate administration and probate applications. Born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, he first pursued a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology from Dalhousie University, worked on freshwater conservation projects, then attended the University of Saskatchewan for his law degree and earned the Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation from STEP Canada afterward. Before joining Westcoast Wills & Estates he practiced corporate and estates law at a boutique Vancouver firm and served as a Trust Officer at a trust company.
