About Dhanushka

Dhanushka S. De Zoysa is the Principal of Lextegic Law Corporation, called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2018 after earlier being admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory in 2014. He holds a B.A., an LL.B, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, and an LL.M in Legal Practice, and is currently a PhD in Law candidate researching the global regulation of modern securities and financial technology. His practice takes a strategic approach, drawing on networks and partnerships built across multiple countries to handle transactional and complex legal matters. He is a member of the Chartered Management Institute (UK) and a Fellow of the Institute of Administrative Management (UK). He speaks English and Sinhala fluently, is conversational in Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi, and has elementary French and Spanish.
