Brendan maintains a diverse practice involving litigation and solicitor work in the Provincial Court of British Columbia, Supreme Court of British Columbia, and Federal Court of Canada. His litigation experience includes complex arbitrations, employment disputes, and creditor remedies, and he is developing a family law practice. On the solicitor side, he has drafted Impact Benefit Agreements between resource companies and First Nations, share purchase agreements, and conducted conveyancing, having split his articles between civil litigation and Aboriginal law firms.
