About Brendan

Brendan Bohn is a commercial litigator at TGF with experience in contractual disputes, insolvency proceedings, shareholder litigation and claims against auditors and other professionals. He has appeared as counsel before the Superior Court, the Commercial List and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. Before joining TGF he practised at an international firm in New York and at a Toronto litigation firm. Brendan studied law at the University of Toronto, spending a semester in France studying international law, and earlier worked as a case officer at the Competition Bureau. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2021 and to the New York Bar in 2019, and he volunteers with the Pro Bono Ontario legal hotline representing consumers affected by misleading door-to-door sales.
