About Breana

Breana Vandebeek is a criminal defence lawyer practising in Toronto and across Ontario, with a particular focus on criminal appeals; she has argued over 70 appeals at the Court of Appeal for Ontario and has appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada. She co-authored a Criminal Appeals Practitioner's Handbook and is a member of the Pro Bono Inmate Appeal Program at the Court of Appeal for Ontario. She graduated from Queen's University Law School and holds a Master of Arts from the University of Toronto.
