About Brad
Brad Kielmann began his career at a prominent BC law firm before serving as trial Crown Counsel with the BC Prosecution Service, where he conducted Supreme and Provincial Court trials involving serious offences including murder and fraud. His current practice focuses on business disputes and professional discipline proceedings for entrepreneurs, financial institutions, developers, and construction companies, and he advises regulated professionals such as nurses, mortgage brokers, and realtors on discipline matters. He also has experience with Workers' Compensation Act disputes and sports arbitration, and he chairs the Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada.
