About Kamal
Kamal (Kam) S. Vaid was born and raised in Victoria, BC. After completing a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialty in entrepreneurship and working in business development and marketing, he pursued law and obtained a Juris Doctor in 2016. He articled at a firm specializing in criminal litigation and personal injury, was called to the British Columbia bar in 2018, and worked as a criminal defence lawyer in Surrey before joining Meridian Law Group in 2019. Kam has Supreme Court of British Columbia trial experience and currently practises insurance defence, general civil litigation, and commercial litigation. He co-created the Parm Dhami Foundation, a charity organization.
