About Florence
Florence Ifediba is an associate at Omoben Law, handling family law, immigration law, corporate and business law, real estate, and wills and estates. She earned her LL.B. from Igbinedion University, Nigeria, was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2012, and began her career at a private law firm in Lagos before moving to Canada, where she completed her LL.M. at the University of Saskatchewan in 2019. Florence was called to the Saskatchewan Bar in 2024 and regularly appears before the Court of King's Bench and Provincial Court. In immigration law she assists with work, study, and visitor permits, permanent residence, family sponsorship, refugee claims, citizenship, and appeals, and she works with clients from all walks of life, including Legal Aid clients.
