About Ben
Ben Pugsley is an associate at Magellan Lawyers LLP, practising primarily in corporate, commercial, and securities law, with additional experience in civil litigation, private lending, and real estate transactions. He first qualified as a solicitor in the UK in 2013, practising personal injury litigation, before moving to Canada in 2016 and being called to the bar in British Columbia in 2018. He holds a Graduate Diploma in Law from Swansea University, completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Manchester, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Philosophy from the University of Liverpool. He is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Solicitors Regulation Authority of England and Wales.
