Aubrey Lasky is a partner at Gowling WLG's Waterloo Region office, with experience in domestic and international corporate law. He has demonstrated expertise on complex commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and joint ventures, particularly in manufacturing, technology, infrastructure and construction. He is dual-qualified to practice law in Ontario and England and regularly advises international clients on Canadian transactions and Canadian clients on overseas operations.
