Aubrey Lasky is a partner at Gowling WLG's Waterloo Region office, with experience in domestic and international corporate law. He has demonstrated expertise on complex commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and joint ventures, particularly in manufacturing, technology, infrastructure and construction.
