About Asim
Asim Mehdi Khan is the managing partner. He earned his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor and his Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from York University, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2004 after articling at a boutique family and real estate firm in Brampton. Over more than 20 years in practice, Asim has worked in real estate law, immigration law, wills and estates law, corporate law, and family law, running offices in Brampton, Scarborough, and Markham, and working both at a large Bay Street firm and in his own practice; most recently he was an associate at a Bay Street firm as a senior family lawyer and its sole immigration lawyer. He has conducted wills and estates seminars for banks and non-profit organizations, and serves as President and Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Mehdavi Society of Canada. Asim is able to communicate with clients in English, Urdu, and Hindi.
