About Marsha
Marsha Simone Cadogan is an intellectual property and technology lawyer whose practice covers intellectual property, high technology, and food law. She was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2014 and completed a PhD focused on intellectual property rights at Osgoode Hall Law School. She serves on several professional committees, including the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada's IP Trade Policy Committee.
