Louis Laskovski practises corporate and commercial law at Blackburn Lawyers, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, and also handles business formations, tax reorganizations, financing transactions, leasing and shareholder agreements. His deals have included the sale of an industrial mixing equipment manufacturer for roughly $9 million, several dental practice sales including a $16.4 million transaction, the sale of a specialty scientific equipment maker, and various school bus company acquisitions for Landmark Student Transportation. He belongs to the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Ontario Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association, and serves on the board of the York Central Hospital Foundation.
