About Bozai Law

Bozai Law Professional Corporation is a Markham, Ontario law firm with a single office on Cochrane Drive. Asim Mehdi Khan founded the firm in 2013 and continues to lead it as managing partner, and the firm has since rebranded to its current name. According to the firm's site, Khan built the practice after seeing clients at other firms treated as file numbers rather than people, with an emphasis on understanding each client's actual goals. The firm's five lawyers handle family law, real estate law, business and corporate law, wills and estates, immigration law, and civil and criminal litigation, and it serves clients across the GTA, including Brampton, Mississauga, Toronto, Vaughan, Whitby, and Newmarket.

Khan was called to the Ontario Bar in 2004, articled with a small family and real estate firm in Brampton, and has since practiced family, corporate, wills and estates, and immigration law from offices in Brampton, Scarborough, and Markham, including time at a Bay Street firm as a senior family lawyer and its sole immigration lawyer. Associate David Olesen was called to the bar in 1996 and later served as Director of Policy and Senior Advisor to Ontario's Minister of Finance before returning to private practice in business, commercial, and corporate law. Associate Eni Alexandra Hanxhari trained in London, England before moving to Canada. Between them, the firm's lawyers speak English, Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, Albanian, and Turkish.
