About Ash
Ash Halabi advises clients on complex commercial real estate and business transactions. Before joining Loopstra Nixon LLP, he built a practice delivering practical solutions to entrepreneurs, privately held companies, and institutional clients across various industries. He regularly handles the acquisition, disposition, and development of commercial properties, with particular focus on commercial leasing and secured lending, and he acts as lead counsel on mergers and acquisitions, franchising, corporate reorganizations, and debt and equity financing. He also advises clients on ongoing corporate matters such as governance, shareholder and partnership agreements, and business structuring. He holds a J.D. from the University of Windsor's Faculty of Law and a B.A. (Honours) from York University, and is admitted to the Ontario bar.
