About Rounaq

Rounaq Khoja is an associate in the Intellectual Property Group with a strong focus on trademark prosecution and litigation support. Rounaq has comprehensive knowledge of Canadian and global IP prosecution rules and has worked extensively on matters before the Trademarks Opposition Board, Federal Court, and Federal Court of Appeal. Rounaq holds an LL.B. Honours from the University of Edinburgh and has completed the NCA certification process.
