About Arman

Arman Khaki is an associate whose interest in the Charter of Rights and Freedoms led him from an Honours BA in history, political science, and public law at the University of Toronto Scarborough, completed with high distinction in 2019, into law school. He earned his JD from the University of Ottawa in 2022, concentrating on criminal law, Charter litigation, and youth criminal justice, and during his final year interned advocating for tenants in landlord-tenant disputes. He articled under I. Loui Dallas, founder of Dallas Criminal Defence, and has remained with the firm since his call to the bar in June 2023. Arman defends clients facing charges including robbery, break and enter, firearms offences, and drug trafficking, and is especially committed to ensuring fair treatment of young people in the justice system.
