About Antoine

Antoine Martin is a seasoned business lawyer with advanced expertise in construction and infrastructure law, having worked on major public infrastructure projects delivered through design-build, design-build-finance, and public-private partnership models. He previously served as legal counsel at the Société québécoise des infrastructures, where he managed contractor selection and contract negotiation for projects including Montreal's university hospitals, the AMT commuter rail system, and Place Bell. At Quad Graphics he negotiated printing and global supply contracts and led the sale of the company's European operations during its court-supervised restructuring, and earlier in his career he was legal counsel at Axcan Pharma. In private practice he worked as a sole practitioner and with firms including Sarrazin Plourde, Léger Robic Richard, and Coudert Frères, and supported the Parc olympique in selecting the contractor for the Olympic Stadium's roof and technical ring. Antoine holds an LL.L. in civil law from the University of Ottawa, an MBA in finance from HEC Montréal, and a special licence in international law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles.
