About Lucas

Lucas Cesaratto Desrosiers practises at AMC Legal, focusing on commercial real estate transactions including property acquisitions, dispositions, financing and commercial lease negotiations. Before joining AMC he worked in the real estate group of a large international business law firm, handling due diligence, negotiation and closing for substantial real estate and M&A mandates. He holds a Certificate in European Private Law from the University of Salzburg (2018) and also holds a leadership role at a Montreal biotechnology firm.
