About Anne

Anne Benedetti is a partner at Goodmans and sits on the firm's Executive Committee. Her practice is built around municipal and administrative law for both public and private sector clients across Ontario, and she regularly helps clients secure approvals touching planning, environmental, and heritage issues. She has acted for public agencies, developers, shopping centres, charities, and individuals on official plan and zoning amendments, subdivision plans, and variance applications, and has appeared before municipal councils, committees of adjustment, the Ontario Land Tribunal, and the Conservation Review Board. Her work with Waterfront Toronto included leading the public-sector team that secured approvals for the West Don Lands redevelopment, site of the Athletes' Village for the 2015 Pan American Games. She has also worked on major private development projects for clients including Oxford Properties, RioCan, and Allied Properties REIT, and has been named a Lexpert Rising Star and a Precedent Setter Award recipient.
