About Bahareh
Bahareh (Rae) Shahangian practises business law with a focus on dental and healthcare transactions. Her practice touches many corners of corporate and commercial law, with particular emphasis on mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions, and she guides clients through incorporation, restructuring, contract negotiation, and corporate governance issues. Her deal experience includes advising owners of dental practices, an industrial equipment manufacturer, a student transportation company, and other businesses on multi-million dollar sales and acquisitions. Rae has served on the 2018-2019 board of the Iranian-Canadian Legal Professionals and as an editor of the Western Journal of Legal Studies, and is active with the Yara Leadership Society. She holds a J.D. from Western University and an Honours B.A. from the University of Toronto.
