About Andrew

Andrew Wiseman is a partner in the Real Estate Group at Goodmans and, until recently, co-led the group for more than 15 years. He focuses on commercial real estate, property development law, leasing, construction financings including structured financings, student and seniors housing, and sale-leaseback transactions. Wiseman joined Goodmans in 1990 and became a partner in 1996. The Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory recognizes him in property leasing and development, Best Lawyers in Canada recognizes him in banking and finance law and real estate law, and Chambers Canada, The Legal 500 Canada, and Euromoney also recognize his real estate work.
